Principal
Bruce Reading started Reading Accounting Services in 2000 after several years of working as an Accountant. Seventeen years on, the business is flourishing, with Bruce now specialising in consulting to clients in business, taxation and Self Managed Super Fund compliance as well as Taxation Planning.
Bruce would have to be one of the most personable Accountants you will come across. Easy going, honest, up-front and sincere, when meeting Bruce, one immediately feels at ease. Bruce demonstrates a tremendous amount of integrity and is a true professional with his clients reassured that their needs are in good hands.
He builds trust quickly, with clients appreciating his ability to understand their needs intuitively and succinctly whilst providing them with the best solutions and outcomes required to match their own individual personal or business needs.

TECHANE HAILE
Accountant
Techane provides accounting support services to the practice and is a welcome member to the team. He is very well qualified with a Masters Degree in Accounting and Business and Finance from Victoria University.
His main role is to attend to the accounting affairs of our business clients including the preparation and lodgement of BAS statements, financial statements and tax returns. He is very thorough and efficient, and is always on hand to provide any documentation required by our clients.
Techane loves his sport, especially soccer and AFL football. If you want to distract him from his work just bring up the footy!
DOLLY JIMENEZ
Accountant & Corporate Affairs
Dolly looks after individual tax preparation and the Practice’s Corporate Affairs on behalf of ASIC which means we can take care of ALL of your Corporate Affairs requirements including:
- Company formation
- Trust Formation
- Annual reviews
- Company and Officer change forms
She also handles the fundamental office administration and assists Bruce with all Self Managed Superannuation Fund compliance so we keep her very busy.
With a Bachelors Degree in Agribusiness from Colombia, Dolly moved to Australia in 2000 where she completed a Diploma in Accounting and her Cert IV in Bookkeeping. She has run her own bookkeeping business so knows all there is to know about running a business.
Dolly’s Latin American roots have given her a love of dancing and music. She’s very friendly and will bring a smile to anyone’s face.
